The Pennsylvania Department of Aging offers this fall risk screening and prevention program to adults 60 years of age and older. The program is designed to raise awareness of falls, introduce steps on how to reduce falls, improve overall health, and provide referrals and resources. The program is taught by Certified Workshop Leaders. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration is required.

Our poular Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program and Walk With Ease Program are run by certified leaders. Numerous exercise classes are availalbe and designed to improve your jont function, increase strength and balance, reduce pain and inflamation, and gain a sense of wellbeing. Our fun classes are effective and offer you an opportunity to socialize. Our senior centers offer different programs as well as other classes.
