Senior Center Assistant

Qualified applicants will provide direct service to consumers with the daily congregate meal; keep daily records of service activity, including assisting the Center Director with daily programs including the facilitation of group activities; or answer inquiries regarding local resources. Duties may include daily activities with senior center participants; providing general counseling; and making referrals. Must have good communication and outreach skills and have knowledge of community resources. Also, I must have the ability to document and maintain client records and complete monthly reports in line with established procedures. This rewarding part-time position is Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am - 1:30 pm at R.B. Wiley Senior Center in Erie, PA.

Budget Analyst

Under general supervision, the Budget Analyst performs varied budgetary duties requiring a comprehensive knowledge of funding source policies and procedures. Responsible for funding source reporting and contract maintenance/monitoring and performs routine duties in a specialized accounting function. The Budget Analyst also types reports and invoices and maintains records and files. This rewarding position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
