"Free Pre-School . . Pre-K Counts expands Early
childhood options"
It is an exciting time in
Child Development at GECAC. GECAC has had the opportunity to
participate in the Pennsylvania early education pre-school initiative
called PA Pre-K Counts. GECAC Pre-K Counts is a free pre-school
designed for children who are between the ages of three an five or
until they enter kindergarten (kindergarten entrance varies by school
district) and are at risk of school failure, either because of income,
language, cultural or special needs issues. Enrollment is based
on annual income.
