July's Employee of the Month is Cindi Rozanski, Division Secretary for Aging. According to her nominator, "May and June are a very busy time of the year for the Aging Division as one of the fiscal year ends and we get organized for the next fiscal year. During this time, Cindi's responsibilities increase tremendously from her more routine duties. Timeliness is always expected and she is very efficient in tracking to make sure everything is completed appropriately and on time. She assists or oversees the clerical completion of all large orders, from quotes to requisitions for final spending. She must assist with our unit process for annual employee evaluations for over 100 staff at on time ... As Unit Secretary she must maintain all clerical coverage for summer vacations and maintain delegated work completion so that nothing is missed." Way to go
